Annie was born in Taiwan, grew up in Howick, and now lives in Wellington.

She is a researcher interested in data ethics, public policy, and population health.
Annie has been involved in research related to mental health, gender bias in ethnic communities, and refugee settlement experiences.

Annie has been an internal committee of the Centre of Asian and Ethnic Minority Health Research and Evaluation since 2019.
