In her most recent role as a Workforce Delivery Lead at Whāraurau/The University of Auckland, Jannine spearheaded the development and implementation of workforce initiatives, cultivated strategic partnerships, facilitated sector-specific workshops, and supervised project staff to enhance leadership and team development. She has experience in driving change management, promoting diversity and inclusion, and served as a subject matter expert in trauma-informed care. 

Jannine's experience as a Clinical Supervisor/Consultant and Learning Designer has equipped her with the skills to provide expert advice, develop engaging online learning modules, and to ensure the delivery of culturally safe and inclusive services. 

Jannine currently works for The NZ Red Cross and she provides leadership in the area of refugee & migrant mental health issues and trauma, and resettlement, and is passionate about contributing to the holistic well-being of migrant communities.
