Najib is a dedicated communications professional with indomitable entrepreneurial spirit and 20+years of global brand experience working with multinationals from the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. His background includes experience as a marketing and management consultant, brand director and business development professional.

He has also established himself as a strategic advisor for public and stakeholder engagement campaigns for the public, private and not for profit sectors. He has assisted community organisations, NGOs and industry with multi-year planning, board restructuring and governance, government relations and advocacy campaigns.

Notably, he guided not for profit daycares in Canada on advocating for and the implementation of affordable childcare policies. Najib also advised indigenous communities on sustainable economic development that protects their land, culture and traditions.

Najib's years of political and advocacy expertise focuses on helping ethnic candidates, marginalized communities, other equity-seeking groups, and their allies. Having worked with all levels of government in Canada, he has been integrally involved with numerous political campaigns as a strategist, crisis manager or communications specialist.

He is a recipient of the 2019 Friends of Diversity Award for his work on equity and inclusion and the 2018 RISE Welcoming Workplace award for creating an environment that allows newcomers, immigrants and others with foreign credentials to gain experience and thrive in the Canadian workplace.
