Nikki Singh is a PhD candidate at the University of Auckland, School of Population Health. She graduated with a first-class BHSc (Honours) in 2020, researching Fiji-Indian identity and the implications of dual identity on marginalised populations. Her other research and work endeavors include sex selection and gender bias for migrant women in Aotearoa, intersectionality, FASD, sexual violence prevention, safe spaces for ethnic minorities and exercise initiatives for communities living in low-income areas. Overall, her faith centers all that she does in the pursuit of research and health equity.
