  • She completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology degree at the University of Auckland in 2015.
  • She has worked across services in DHBs, including Adult Community Mental Health Services, Asian Mental Health Services, Mental Health Services for Older Adults, and in private practice.
  • Member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists.
  • Tina’s expertise encompasses assessments and therapy for mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, grief and bereavement, addictions, and personality disorders.
  • Trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy, she tailors her approach to meet the specific needs of each client.

  • Individual Therapy: $253 GST inclusive per hour.
    2) Couple Therapy: $276 GST inclusive per hour
