Mentally Healthy Work: Migrant Insights of Workers in the Retail Sector was commissioned by WorkSafe Mahi Haumaru Aoteaora and conducted by Asian Family Services in June 2023.

WorkSafe is New Zealand's primary workplace health and safety regulator, operating independently as a Crown agency. Its core mission is to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees in their workplaces.


The report aims to provide insights on the mental health of migrant workers in the retail industry, particularly concerning mental health and wellbeing.
