• Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Auckland; Certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming at UK Academy of Therapeutic Arts and Sciences.

• Specialised in child and family, mental health, domestic violence, sexual harm, stress management, migration adjustment, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life stage transition, grief and loss.

• Holistic approaches using Person-Centred Therapy, Trauma-Informed Approach, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (FACT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Therapy, Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

• Age group: all age groups, experienced working with children to older adults from different cultures and background.

• Fees: $161 GST inclusive/hour.
