Welcome. I’m Jane, a counsellor who believes that everyone deserves a safe space where they can be heard, understood, and accepted for who they are.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Experiences such as trauma, family violence, relationship difficulties, migration, workplace stress, major life changes, or challenges around identity can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure about what comes next. You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to counselling. My role is to walk alongside you, at your pace, and support you to make sense of what you have been through and where you would like to go from here.

My approach is Person-centred, Narrative, Solution-focused, and culturally responsive. I believe you are the expert in your own life. Rather than telling you what you should do, I will work collaboratively with you to explore your story, identify your strengths, understand patterns that may no longer be helpful, and discover possibilities for moving forward.
